IRISO Will be Located at Booth 1021 September 13-15, 2022 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan
FARMINGTON HILLS, MICHIGAN, August 2022 – IRISO USA, INC. (IRISO) will be one of 750 suppliers showcasing at The Battery Show and Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo slated for September 13-15, 2022. With the biggest Electric Vehicle and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (EV/HEV) players in attendance, IRISO will be featuring trademarked and industry-leading solutions and options for customization for products yet to hit the market.
IRISO’s talented lineup of problem-solving professionals made headlines this year for their forward-thinking designs after winning the 2021 Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers Excellent Product Award. Dubbed the “Automation Connector,” the award-winning solution addresses industry concerns about workforce shortages in manufacturing facilities, durability, and quality control.
The three technologies applied to the automation connector include floating movement, IRISO’s trademarked Auto I-Lock™ functionality, and a two-point contact system that removes debris or foreign materials during the mating process to ensure a proper connection.
Similar award-winning thought and consideration have gone into planning connector attributes and technology for EV/HEV and battery technology. On display will be one such example: IRISO’s 13065 and 13103 Series connectors whose high heat resistance, space-saving terminals, and large pin count variations (ranging from 8 to 40 poles) make them an adaptable solution for on-board chargers, DC/DC converters, battery management systems and more for these eco-friendly vehicles.
